Right of cancellation: Individual consumers have the right to cancel any bookings within 8 working days of ULCS receiving payment. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to C2 Administrator and the consumer will then be entitled to a full refund within 30 days.

Right of refund: Individual consumers have the right to return any publications within 8 working days of ULCS receiving payment. Notification of return must be made in writing to C2 Administrator and the goods returned to us, the consumer will then be entitled to a full refund within 30 days.
